We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Programme Coordinator to join our team in Plus Industries. This permanent position plays a key leadership role in delivering services to individual's with a disability.

This position supervises the woodshop. They will identify and initiate task related instructions for participants and staff. Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities, programs and services supporting and teaching skills to individuals with a disability.

This position is responsible to the Supported Living Supervisor in the delivery of the daily program. Developing connections and supporting people with a disability is the priority. Staff to assist with duties in and out of individual's home. Act as a teacher/facilitator/mentor by assisting in the enhancement of their independent daily living skills in the following areas: meal prep, shopping, budgeting, money management, employment, care of the home, safety, medical, community awareness, nutrition, hygiene, and more. Must be able to use personal vehicle.
