SUPPORTED

LIVING

The goal of the Supported Living Program is to encourage adults with an intellectual disability to live as independently as possible within the community.

Supports from our staff can include assistance with meal planning, shopping, laundry, healthy living and wellness, medication management, banking, attending medical appointments, job seeking and transportation when required.  With these supports our participants achieve independence by learning new skills, becoming more confident and participating in their community.

Participants who are part of the Supported Independent Living Program also enjoy educational, social, and recreational activities planned and supervised by our staff.
