Program Staff/Recycling Staff
This position is responsible to the Recycling Supervisor in the delivery of the daily program. Staff to assist with duties in the Paper/Cardboard Recycling area. Working with individuals in a busy and sometimes noisy area, collecting cardboard, picking up recycling and making bales is the physical part of the job, developing connections and supporting people with a disability is the priority. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Program Staff employees contribute to and build communities that value the contributions of people who experience developmental disabilities. They will be directly acountable for providing high quality support to individuals, working as team players to ensure that goals and objectives are met. This position is responsible for the implementation of Comprehensive Personal Plans and Person Centred Planning in addition to facilitating productive output of tasks and projects. This position is responsible for the safe care and handling of company and individual assets.
