The Melfort SARCAN Depot, operated by PLUS Industries, is located at 609 Hamilton Avenue.  The depot recycles deposit containers, paint, batteries and electronics. Click on these links to see the full list of acceptable recyclables.

The SARCAN depot is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

 

The depot also offers a Drop & Go service. When the wait line gets long, Drop & Go is an easy way to drop off your containers without having to wait.  The SARCAN staff will count your beverage containers for you and have a cheque ready for you when you return, or you can receive your deposits refunds through PayPal.
